Each time you complete a new diagnosis, it replaces your previous diagnosis. Your face and body diagnoses are available in your account in the “face diagnosis” and “body diagnosis” tabs.
If you have a subscription and you change your diagnosis, we will take into account the last diagnosis you completed.
You can stop your subscription at any time by visiting the “subscriptions” tab in your customer account. Simply choose “stop my subscription”. If you forget to unsubscribe before your renewal, we cannot subsequently issue a refund.
